This is an oilfield gas project in Xinjiang. It adopts a 2-tower adsorption and 1-tower regeneration process, with a raw gas flow rate of 660,000 Nm3/h, a temperature of 40°C, and an adsorption pressure of 5.9 MPa (G); the regeneration method is pressurized regeneration, and the regeneration pressure is 6.1 MPa (G).

During use, customers face thorny problems such as molecular sieve powdering, increased operating resistance, shortened adsorption cycle, and increased outlet dew point.

After our engineers collected data on site, the original filling method was designed and modified. A single tower was filled with a special pressurized regeneration drying molecular sieve of 42 tons, and a special compaction method was used. After the modification, the product gas outlet dew point was below -90°C, far exceeding the -80°C requirement specified in the contract, and the operation was in good condition.
