Oxygen Production Technology

Air separation method, uses the different boiling points of oxygen and nitrogen to produce oxygen. Electrolysis method, puts water into an electrolyte container and then applies direct current to split the water into oxygen and hydrogen. Chemical method, uses the characteristics of peroxides high oxygen content, easy to release, to make oxygen.

Molecular sieve method is a adsorption method, obtains high purity oxygen by separating oxygen and nitrogen in the air. Molecular sieve has a highly ordered microporous structure. Its micropore size enables selective adsorption and separation of molecules, thereby achieving separation and purification of gases.

The principle of molecular sieve method oxygen production, is to use molecular sieve to adsorb and separate nitrogen in the air, so that oxygen is desorbed. Since the molecular size of nitrogen in the air is larger than that of oxygen, the molecular sieve has a higher affinity for nitrogen and a lower affinity for oxygen. The gases can be effectively separated by controlling the pore size and adsorption temperature of the molecular sieve.
